This direct steam oven adds a touch screen control panel over the standard SDE model in the same range, while keeping the same 137kg weight, 6 x 1/1 GN capacity and 30kg payload rating. The touch interface is the main practical difference here, likely making programme setting and monitoring more straightforward than a dial or button-based control panel. It still loads gastronorm plates lengthwise in 1/3, 1/2, 2/3 or 1/1 sizes, includes the built-in core temperature probe, and shares the anti-tipping structure used across the whole Diamond range.
