These superb Italforni Caruso electric pizza has been designed for cooking Neapolitan pizzas and has a maximum operating temperature of 530'C, it can be supplied in 2 different finishes, and is fitted with programmable "Touchscreen" controls. Supplied as individual deck oven with a mobile heated base as standard. A choice of mobile stand and extraction canopies can be supplied.
