This Sagi JF51M 5 tray blast chiller/freezer combined is is designed for stacking a combi oven/convection oven on top, ideal for all operations where quick freezing or chilling of product is required and space is at a premium. Specifically designed to hold 1/1gn containers it will work in tandem with the Convection and Combi steam ovens.
