Hygiplas Paring Knife Green 8.3cm

This is the green-handled knife in the Hygiplas paring range, sized the same as the brown vegetable knife at 8.3cm and 30g, with the colour again used to keep it visually distinct from the white and brown knives sitting alongside it in a colour-coded set. As with the rest of the range it's a genuine stainless steel blade with a dishwasher proof handle, so the colour holds up under a commercial wash rather than fading after a few uses. Having a full set of differently coloured paring knives makes it straightforward for a kitchen to run a colour-coding system across sections, cutting down the chance of cross-contamination between different food types during prep.
