Falcon Dominator Plus LPG Chargrill G31225

This LPG version of the Dominator Plus G31225 chargrill gives kitchens on bottled gas the same specification as the natural gas model - 12 double-sided cast iron brander bars, 4 burners and radiants putting out 31.8kW, and a 50°C to 300°C temperature range with variable burner control across the cooking area. The double-sided bars mean you get two working surfaces out of each bar before replacement is needed, and the burner layout is designed to spread heat evenly across the full 1200mm width rather than leaving cold spots at the edges. Stainless steel construction, 286kg, running on propane rather than a gas main. Falcon backs it with the same 2-year commercial-only warranty as the rest of the Dominator Plus range.
