The largest wok in this range at 356mm, this round base version weighs 1.4kg and is built from mild steel, suited to genuinely high-volume stir frying where the extra surface area earns its keep. The round base concentrates heat at the centre in the traditional style, best paired with a wok burner or ring rather than a flat hob. The long single handle allows confident one-handed tossing while the other hand manages ingredients. It's not dishwasher safe - hand wash and dry it straight after use to keep rust at bay and maintain the seasoning.
