The Chieftain G1528 is Falcon's heavy-duty salamander grill, and the infra-red surface combustion burners are what set it apart from a standard radiant grill - they heat up and recover fast, so output doesn't fall away when orders start stacking up. Five shelf positions give you control over how close food sits to the burner, useful for anything from a quick gratinate to a full finish. This natural gas version delivers 13.2kW (49,500 Btu/hr) from a mains gas connection, built in enamelled cast iron with a stainless steel finish. At 505(H) x 900(W) x 555(D)mm and 82kg it sits comfortably above a range or on its own stand, and it's covered by Falcon's 2-year commercial parts and labour warranty.
