This Williams Crystal double door prover considerably increases capacity to 1680 litres across 40 shelves, more than double the single door model's 717 litres and 17 shelves, in a 2140 x 1400 x 941mm footprint weighing 200kg. It runs on 240V rather than the single door model's 230V, still holding the same tightly controlled +38°C to +40°C range for proper dough fermentation. Built from stainless steel and aluminium and mounted on castors, it suits higher-volume bakery operations needing considerably more proving capacity in one unit. It comes with a 2 year parts and labour warranty.
