Victor Synergy DHBD3 Heated Bains Marie 150mm

This DHBD3 bains marie shares the same 540 x 1177 x 660mm dimensions and 60kg weight as the DHBM3, and the same energy-regulator-controlled well paired with dimmer-controlled quartz halogen heat lamps from above, but runs a deeper 150mm well rather than 65mm. That extra depth suits larger gastronorm containers or dishes that need to sit lower for even heat distribution. Built from stainless steel and running from a plug supply, it carries the same 2 year parts and labour warranty as the rest of the Synergy range. Worth choosing over the DHBM3 wherever deeper containers are part of the service.
