Pitco Solstice Free Standing Natural Gas Filtration Fryer SG14RS/FD-FF

This Pitco Solstice SG14RS/FD-FF runs on natural gas, measuring 1172 x 794 x 873mm and weighing 230kg. It's built around the Solstice burner and baffle system with a blower-free atmospheric heating design, giving fast recovery between baskets even during a busy service, backed by built-in filtration to keep oil usable for longer. A millivolt thermostat with thermo-safety pilot and a high temperature safety limit switch are standard safety features. It stands on feet rather than castors and comes with a 1 year parts only warranty. Built from stainless steel, it suits kitchens on a natural gas supply needing high-volume fried output.
