A 3-minute wash cycle means it can clear more crockery than a typical household dishwasher manages in an hour, and it'll run through up to 80 racks a day if the kitchen needs it to. Wash results are tested to an A0 value of 60 under EN ISO 15883, so you're meeting the hygiene standard care environments are held to, not just a general commercial one. It's a compact undercounter unit at 825mm high and 600mm wide, built in stainless steel, with an integral water softener to protect the wash results from hard water, and it'll run on single or three phase 230-400V supply.
