Lincat Silverlink 600 LPG Chargrill CG6/P

This particular one is the 600 LPG CG6/P. It uses heat transfer radiants instead of lava rock, so there's nothing to replace or clean out underneath the grid. The cooking grids retain heat well enough to leave proper, sharp chargrill marks rather than a faint sear. It measures 414(H) x 600(W) x 652(D)mm and weighs 35.3kg. It is made from stainless steel and comes in silver. It is rated at 14.5kW, 48,000 Btu/Hr and connects via propane gas. It draws 17.6 kW. There's no undershelf on this one. It comes with a 2-year parts & labour warranty. Pitched at light to medium duty, so it suits a medium-sized restaurant or bar rather than round-the-clock volume.
