Matfer Bourgeat Aluminium Non-Stick Frying Pan 26cm

Stepping up from the 22cm pan in the same Matfer Bourgeat range, this 26cm version holds nearly double the capacity at 1.9 litres, making it a better fit for two-portion mains or sauces that need more surface area to reduce. It's built from aluminium with the same four-times epoxy coating that runs through the whole range, giving a cooking surface designed to outlast a single-coated pan by a good margin. At 860g it's noticeably heavier than the smaller 22cm pan, which helps it sit flat and resist warping over a high flame. As with the rest of the range, it's not dishwasher safe, hand washing protects the coating and keeps the black finish performing service after service.
