Lincat Silverlink 600 Electric Pasta Boiler PB33

This pasta boiler runs a single 7 litre tank from a 3kW element, giving front-mounted controls for safe, easy operation and a thermostatic control that holds water at an accurate, consistent temperature rather than drifting during service. The hinging element with safety cut-out swings out of the way for tank cleaning without needing to drain and dismantle anything, and corrosion-resistant elements are built to handle constant exposure to boiling water over the unit's working life. At 330 x 300 x 600mm and 12.5kg, it's the smaller and lighter of the two boilers here, suited to a lower-volume pasta service where a single tank covers demand. Front taps make draining straightforward at the end of service. 2 year parts and labour warranty.
