This C815-EA shares the extended 1850mm width and 290kg weight of the hot feed EA model, but is configured for cold feed instead, heating incoming water internally rather than requiring an external hot supply. It runs on three phase power with the same 1.5kW pump and separate upper and lower wash and rinse arms as the rest of the Ecomax Plus range. Manual controls and a temperature display make daily operation straightforward. Stainless steel construction throughout gives it the durability expected of a conveyor dishwasher built for continuous high-volume commercial use.
