Matfer Bourgeat Exoglass Mini Pie Moulds Fluted 100mm (12 Pack)

This particular one is the Moulds Fluted 100mm. Exoglass is Matfer's own composite material, somewhere between plastic and metal in feel, rated from -20°C right up to 250°C. That range covers freezer storage and oven baking with the same mould, no swapping between two different sets. It tips the scales at 540g and comes in at 30(H) x 100(Ø)mm overall. It is 100 mm across. It is finished in black and is made from exoglass. It's freezer safe. Fluted or plain really just comes down to the finish you want on the final bake.
