Lincat Opus 800 Propane Gas Salamander Grill OG8301/P

As with the rest of the range, powerful, highly efficient ceramic plaque burners provide fast heat up from cold, saving time and money. In keeping with the wider range, the chrome-plated wire grill support doubles as toasting rack. It measures 450mm high, 800mm wide and 438mm deep. It comes in silver and weighs 36kg. It is built in Stainless Steel, draws 6.8W, is specified at Gas, is sized to 1/1 GN full, runs on propane gas and is backed by a 2-year parts & labour warranty. What sets this one apart in the line-up is the Propane OG8301/P — it's the largest output on offer here, up from 6 on the smallest version. Overall, built for daily commercial use rather than occasional cooking.
