Dick 1905 Fully Forged Salmon Slicer Black 31.7cm

This Dick 1905 salmon slicer has a 31.7cm blade, considerably longer than the 15.2cm chef knife in this range, and weighs 180g. Its flexible blade is specifically ground from German steel with a thin, dynamic cutting edge suited to slicing raw fish cleanly rather than the general-purpose work the chef knife handles. It shares the same symmetrical steel ring construction and moulded black handle as the rest of the 1905 range, giving it the same strength and grip. A dedicated tool worth keeping separate from general prep knives given what it's specifically ground and flexed to do.
