CED Kubus Drop In Ceran Glass Hotplate KHP3

It's a hotplate display that drops into a pre-cut countertop opening with a heated ceran glass area that accepts flat-bottomed GN dishes and containers, has a bright polished steel and aluminium superstructure with a toughened glass sneeze screen, heats the display with infra-red quartz lamps housed in the gantry, and lets you adjust and lock base and surface heat from the operator side via a digital display and dimmer switch; it's factory set to hold food at 85°C over 24-hour operation and comes with a lifting kit and a concealed control box on a 2m lead (GNs sold separately). It comes in silver, measures 540mm high, 1175mm wide and 660mm deep, and takes 3 x 1/1 GN. It weighs 60kg and is rated at 2kW, 230V, 13A. That combination of real spec and honest build is what earns it a place on a working line.
