Compact Suction Hood

Directly compatible with the full range of CTDT compact combi ovens, the compact suction hood from Blizzard offers kitchens without a pre-fitted extraction canopy system to easily extract steam and other cooking fumes from their oven with minimal effect on the blueprint of the unit and without significant investment in a full kitchen-wide extraction system. Built from high-grade stainless steel this simple but effective addition to the range can be installed to the top of the units without impeding the working of the oven below.
