Prodis T1215BT Heavy Duty 500mm Basket Air Break Tank Hood Dishwasher, Gravity Drain, Three Phase

This T1215BT combines the air break tank feature - important where backflow prevention is a regulatory requirement - with three phase power, making it suited to busier sites that already have three phase supply installed. Drainage is by gravity rather than a pump, and the basket size stays the same 500mm as the rest of the range. At 634mm wide it drops into a standard commercial kitchen footprint, and it's backed by a 2 year parts only warranty. A sensible spec if your site needs both backflow protection and the steadier output of three phase power.
