LUBA Anni Grain Flaker/Oat Roller

The LUBA Anni is a grain flaker and oat roller, built to flatten whole oats or other grains into flakes rather than grinding them into flour – the same basic process behind rolled oats you'd buy ready-made, but done fresh at home immediately before cooking or baking. Rolling grain fresh rather than buying pre-rolled flakes means less time for the exposed surface to oxidise and lose flavour, and it lets you control flake thickness by how the rollers are set. A sensible addition alongside a grain mill if you want fresh porridge oats or want to flake grains for granola and muesli rather than only milling them into flour.
