Cold press juicing - pressing rather than spinning produce - is generally used commercially because it produces less heat and oxidation than a centrifugal juicer, which means better flavour and colour retention and juice that holds up for longer once bottled, useful for anyone selling juice to be consumed later rather than on the spot.
