Ubert Convex RT608CC 8 Spit Rotisserie with Self wash system - Pass Thru'

The Ubert Convex RT608CC is an 8 spit rotisserie with a pass-through layout and a built-in self-wash system, the highest-spec rotisserie in this batch both in spit count and features. The self-wash system is a genuinely significant addition, since rotisserie cabinets accumulate fat and grease during cooking that otherwise needs manual cleaning at the end of each day - an automated wash cycle can meaningfully cut labour time and help maintain hygiene standards in a busy kitchen. Combined with 8 spits and the pass-through loading and serving layout carried over from the Ubert Topline models, it's built for high-volume rotisserie operations where both throughput and cleaning downtime matter. Its price reflects this being the most capable rotisserie in the range covered here.
