CB E15P-S5 - 5 spit - 15 bird Electric Chicken rotisserie

The CB E15P-S5 is an electric chicken rotisserie with 5 spits and a stated capacity of 15 birds, stepping up from the 3-spit E12P-S3 with two additional spits for greater simultaneous cooking capacity. The extra spits let an operator cook more birds per cycle without needing to reload partway through service, useful for busier rotisserie counters in butchers, farm shops or fried and rotisserie chicken takeaways. As with the smaller model, the continuous rotation keeps chickens self-basting throughout the cook for even colour and moist meat. It sits between the smaller E12P-S3 and the larger 20 and 30 bird models in the same CB electric rotisserie range.
