Giorik ST40 "Hi Touch" 1/1+1/3gn Rise & Fall salamander grill - Touchscreen programmable controls

The touchscreen-controlled version of Giorik's Hi Touch salamander grill, again sized for 1/1gn plus 1/3gn gastronorm dishes and fitted with rise and fall movement, but with touchscreen programmable controls in place of manual dials. Programmable settings let a kitchen save specific heat and timing combinations for dishes that are finished under the salamander regularly, rather than a chef judging each one by eye, which helps keep finishing consistent across different staff and shifts. Rise and fall movement still gives manual control over the gap between element and food when that's what a dish needs. Touchscreen control brings this salamander into line with the kind of programmable technology increasingly expected on premium finishing equipment on a busy pass.
