Casta TEP1B/060E Electric Teppanyaki Griddle - 1 Heating zone

The TEP1B/060E teppanyaki griddle from Casta, finished in chrome for energy-efficient cooking and easy cleaning. The cooking plate is hard chromed Fe510 S355JR steel, 15mm thick, with a central cooking zone and cooler side areas for keeping finished food warm rather than overcooking it. It runs a single 5.4kW heating element, thermostatically controlled up to 270°C, with a grease channel running to the outer edges and two removable grease drawers for quick cleandown. The outer body is 304 stainless steel. A front hand rail is fitted for safety. Built for show kitchens and front-of-house cooking, where the chrome finish and easy-clean plate matter as much as the cooking performance.
