Casta TEP1B/060G Gas Teppanyaki Griddle - 1 Heating zone

This Casta TEP1B/060G gas teppanyaki griddle has a single heating zone, with a cooking plate made from hard chromed Fe510 S355JR steel at 15mm thick for even heat and easy cleaning. The chrome finish is chosen for energy-efficient cooking, and the plate is built with a central cooking zone and cooler side areas for keeping cooked food warm without it carrying on cooking. A grease channel directs waste fat safely away from the cooking surface. Suited to show kitchens and front-of-house cooking where the griddle itself becomes part of the customer experience.
