Aristarco AU55.45EPIPRS/P Tray/Pot Washer with Drain pump

The AU55.45EPIPRS/P is a dedicated tray and pot washer from Aristarco, built with a drain pump so it doesn't rely on gravity to a floor drain — useful where the machine can't be sited directly next to suitable drainage, since the pump lets waste water be pushed out rather than needing to flow downhill. Washing trays and pots is a different job to washing plates and glassware: heavier soil, bigger and heavier items, and generally a tougher wash cycle, which is why dedicated pot/tray washers exist separately from standard glass or dishwashers in a commercial kitchen. It suits a busy back-of-house pot wash station rather than front-of-house crockery washing.
