Chefs Range AD40 - 40 Ltr, 3 Speed Heavy duty planetary mixer

The AD40 is a 40 litre planetary mixer with 3 fixed speeds, giving a bakery or kitchen the batch size to mix a real quantity of dough, batter, or cream in one go rather than running several smaller batches back to back. Planetary mixing — where the beater turns on its own axis while also travelling around the bowl — covers the whole mix more evenly than a simple rotating paddle, which matters at 40 litres where an uneven mix in the middle of a large bowl is easy to get with a lesser design. Being heavy duty, it's built for continuous daily use in a working bakery or kitchen rather than occasional home-scale baking.
