The Dosicream 2 is a twin-hopper dosing and filling machine, with 2 x 8.5 litre hoppers so two different fillings — say jam and cream, or two flavours of the same filling — can be loaded and dispensed from the same machine without swapping hoppers mid-production. Dosing machines like this exist to replace hand-piping fillings into pastries, cakes, or doughnuts, giving a far more consistent fill weight from piece to piece than piping by hand can manage at volume. The twin-hopper setup is particularly useful for bakeries running two filled products through the same shift.
