Moretti Forni Series PB80E-2. 4 Tray - Twin Deck Electric Bakery oven

The PB80E-2 stacks two of the 4-tray PB80 decks for a combined 8 trays of capacity, run as two independent chambers rather than one larger oven. That gives a mid-size bakery real flexibility — running two different bakes at two different temperatures at once — without the larger footprint of the equivalent PB120EB twin-deck model. Each deck is controlled separately, so timing and temperature for bread doesn't have to compromise a pastry bake happening in the other chamber at the same time. It sits as the twin-deck step up from the single-deck PB80E-1 for a bakery whose volume has grown past what one chamber can comfortably handle.
