We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read the terms below.
Returns Window
We accept returns on most unused items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and on its original pallet where applicable.
Restocking Fee
Because we supply heavy-duty commercial equipment, returns are subject to a restocking fee (typically 25%) charged by our manufacturers.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear.
Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or repair under the manufacturer warranty.
