Diamond ACC2826 Central Cooker Hood with Ambience Air Compensation

This Diamond central hood uses eight stainless steel labyrinth filters (500x400mm) and is built in AISI 304 stainless with fully welded AISI 430 side panels. Specifically, this is the ACC2826 version. It weighs 180kg. It comes with a 1 Year Parts Only. This one comes from Diamond. An isolated fresh-air chamber with its own volume regulator stops condensation forming, a welded channel carries fat to a drain tap underneath, and lighting is IP65-rated LED. A wider hood extracts over a larger span of cooking, which matters when equipment runs the full length of a suite.
