Diamond AB102 Neutral Cupboard And Drawer, Oven 10X Gn 2/1

Diamond's AB102 is the equivalent cupboard-and-drawer base for the larger 10x GN 2/1 oven, sized at W880 x D1164 x H820mm rather than the smaller GN 1/1 footprint. It's a neutral unit, meaning there's no heating element or motor inside — just a stainless steel cupboard and drawer built to take the weight and match the width of the oven it sits beneath. Keeping trays and utensils in the drawer directly under the oven cuts down on the walking staff would otherwise do mid-service, and the cupboard space behind the door is enough for the accessories an oven this size needs. At 50kg it takes two people to position safely, and it carries Diamond's one-year parts-only warranty.
