Diamond 2BS/TA-90B/N 2 Welding Bars

Diamond's 2BS/TA-90B/N is another two-bar replacement set for a bag-sealing machine, built to the same fit as the standard TA-90 bars. The bars are the wearing part of any heat sealer — they carry the element and tape that fuse the film — so replacing them on a schedule, rather than waiting for a batch of bags to fail, is the more reliable way to run a packing line. It's a straightforward swap-in part rather than anything that needs adjusting or calibrating. Diamond backs it with a one-year parts-only warranty, in keeping with the rest of its sealing spares.
