Diamond V1/1C Tank GN 1/1 for cooker, with lid

This is a GN 1/1 tank designed to fit into a compatible cooker or bratt pan base, coming with its own lid rather than needing a separate one sourced to fit. At W360 x D565 x H230mm, it matches the standard GN 1/1 footprint used across gastronorm equipment generally, so it should sit in any cooker built to accept that size. At 12kg, it's straightforward to lift in and out for cleaning between uses. Diamond's one-year parts-only warranty applies to the tank itself. It's a replacement or spare tank rather than a standalone cooking appliance, useful for kitchens wanting a second tank on hand to keep production running while the other is being cleaned or serviced.
