This is the 230V three-phase electrical variant of Diamond's boiler steam convection oven, sharing the same 6 x 1/1 GN capacity, 30kg payload rating and 129kg weight as the standard-supply model in the same range, but wired for a three-phase installation rather than the base spec. That makes it the option to check against your kitchen's existing electrical supply before ordering, since getting the wrong phase spec means a costly reinstall. It still takes GN 1/3 through to 1/1 plates loaded lengthwise, includes the built-in core temperature probe for monitoring dense or bulk product, and has the same anti-tipping structure and 1-year parts-only warranty as the rest of the range. Delivered without grids or GN plates as standard.
