At the top of Diamond's gas roaster range, this four-spit model matches the footprint of the equivalent vitroceramic 4C-CM unit at W1098 x D480 x H1000mm, but at 103kg it's the heaviest roaster in either range covered here. Gas heating gives faster recovery between cook cycles than electric elements, which counts for something when four spits are being reloaded in quick succession during peak trading hours. It still needs a single-phase 230V supply for ignition and control alongside the gas connection. Diamond's one-year parts-only warranty covers the unit. It's built for high-volume butchers, delis and takeaways already running gas, wanting the maximum simultaneous spit capacity in the range.
