Stretching to 1400mm wide, this heated chef shelf gives a longer run of warm open storage than the 1000mm RC102 model, still at the same 300mm depth and 700mm height and running from a single-phase 230V supply. At 11kg it's heavier than the shorter model, reflecting the additional heating element run across the wider shelf. Like the rest of the heated range, it's meant for holding plated or par-cooked food at temperature at the pass rather than for raw ingredient storage. Diamond's one-year parts-only warranty covers the unit. It's a sensible fit for busier passes needing more holding width than the smallest model offers, without stepping up to a fully enclosed heated cabinet.
