Diamond PLANCHA/3-N Smooth Top Gas Cooking Surface Hot Plate

The Diamond PLANCHA/3-N Smooth Top Gas Cooking Surface Hot Plate runs three 2.9kW stainless steel burners under a smooth, 15mm polished steel plate with a welded protective barrier against leakage, on an adjustable-foot stainless steel chassis with insulated knobs and drip trays. It's made by Diamond. Warranty is 1 Year Parts Only. This one comes in at W820 x D510 x H305 mm and tips the scales at 52 kg. It's a working piece of kit rather than something for the display shelf. Not glamorous, just genuinely useful on a busy section.
