Diamond LM/50-10MVV Sheeter, on socle, 500x1000 mm - Variable speed

This floor-standing version of Diamond's 500 x 1000mm sheeter comes mounted on its own socle with castors fitted, so the whole unit can be repositioned or wheeled aside for cleaning without dismantling a fixed installation. Variable speed control (the MVV designation) lets operators slow the belt for delicate laminated doughs and pick up pace for firmer paste. It's a big piece of equipment: W2370 x D2700 x H1380mm and 240kg, so the delivery route and final position both need checking before it arrives, ideally with a way to get it near ground level rather than up stairs. It runs from a single-phase 230V supply. Diamond backs it with a one-year parts warranty. Bakeries producing high volumes of sheeted dough, where the machine needs to move between production zones or be pulled clear for a deep clean, are the natural fit for this on-socle configuration.
