Diamond EFP/6R-M Stainless Steel Electric Pizza Oven, 6 Pizzas

The EFP/6R-M is a single-deck electric pizza oven holding six pizzas per bake, measuring 990 x 1270 x 380mm and weighing 115kg — wider than the smaller EFP/4R-M to accommodate the extra pizzas, but still a single chamber rather than the stacked configuration of the EFP/66R-M. It suits kitchens needing more throughput than the 4-pizza model but not yet ready to commit to a double-deck installation.

Single-deck ovens are generally easier to install and service than stacked units, while still giving solid commercial capacity for a mid-volume pizza operation. It's built in stainless steel and comes with Diamond's one year parts warranty.
