Diamond's DD12/2B-R2 is a twin-bowl refrigerated drink dispenser, each 12-litre polycarbonate tank with its own temperature control between 2°C and 8°C, so you can run two different drinks at two different serving temperatures rather than compromising on one setting for both. The rotating paddle keeps the mix moving to stop foam building up, and the whole valve and cover assembly lifts off for cleaning without tools. It's built to keep working in ambient temperatures up to 43°C, which matters if it's sited somewhere that gets warm through the day, and it runs on R290 refrigerant through a stainless steel AISI 304 evaporator. At W400 x D400 x H650mm and 28kg it's a compact footprint for two 12-litre tanks. 1 year parts-only warranty.
