Diamond's VBE-311 is a counter-top heated bain-marie display case, running on a 230/1N supply and heating from 0°C to 90°C — a range wide enough to hold food gently warm or run hot enough for active bain-marie service. It measures 1020 x 602 x 680mm and weighs 55kg, sized to sit on a counter as a self-service or assisted display unit.

Bain-marie display cases keep food visibly on show while holding it at safe serving temperature in a water bath, which is gentler on delicate sauces and prepared dishes than dry heat alone.
