Blue Ice T36C

The T36C is the largest-numbered model in the T-series covered here, sitting above the T28 and T34 builds in Blue Ice's dessert and drink machine range. Equipment at this scale is generally destined for higher-throughput sites — ice cream parlours, dessert bars and venues with long service hours — where a machine needs to keep pace for most of the day rather than cope with occasional demand.

Given the step up in price against the smaller T-series models, we'd recommend talking to our team about expected daily volume and available space before ordering, so the T36C's capacity is actually needed rather than paid for and under-used.
