The T36A sits alongside the standard T36 in Blue Ice's soft serve line-up, sharing the same core spec: single flavour, countertop, gravity feed, microprocessor controlled. Output is rated at around 420 serves an hour at an 80-gram portion, drawing from a single 3.2-litre freezing cylinder and a 12-litre mix hopper, with only 152mm of clearance needed on the left. Like the standard model, the point is consistency over a long service rather than one perfect scoop, so the texture and serve size stay the same from the first customer to the last. It's available either to buy outright or on lease, with pricing on request.
