Blue Ice's T28B joins the brand's dessert and drink machine line-up, aimed at venues that need frozen drinks or soft-serve moving quickly through service rather than a domestic-style unit cycling slowly between batches. Kit at this end of the Blue Ice range is generally specified by ice cream parlours, milkshake bars and quick-service counters where a machine runs for most of the trading day.
