Matfer Bourgeat Stainless Steel Pan Lid 28cm

Jumping up to 28cm and 530g, this lid is built for the larger pans in the Matfer Bourgeat Excellence and Tradition ranges, more than double the weight of the 18cm lid further down the size run, which reflects the larger diameter of stainless steel it's pressed from. It's still fully dishwasher safe despite the extra bulk, and like the smaller lids in the range it isn't non-stick coated, which is simply not relevant to a lid. If you're running big stockpots or wide sauté pans day to day, this size gives you a properly sealed lid rather than making do with foil or an ill-fitting cover.
