At 18cm and 210g, this lid covers the mid-range saucepans in the Matfer Bourgeat Excellence and Tradition lines, heavier than the 14cm and 16cm lids below it but still light enough to lift on and off one-handed while stirring. Stainless steel construction keeps it dishwasher safe and resistant to the pitting you sometimes get with lighter-gauge lids after repeated commercial washing.
